The housing of this parking locking mechanism comprises a housing plate for receiving the locking lever or latch; this plate is screwed to the transmission case to serve at the same time as a cover for the case. The actuation unit is guided in a rotationally locked manner in the mechanism housing.
Other such mechanisms for locking or blocking parking are known according to documents US 2012/0 018 259 Al and LR 2 878 487 Al and CN 103 807 434 A.
GOAL OF THE INVENTION
The present invention aims to develop a parking blocking mechanism housing made as a stamped / folded part and having a very great shape stability.
DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
To this end, the invention relates to a parking blocking mechanism of the type defined above, characterized in that the housing composed of stamped / folded parts has side walls formed of stamped / folded parts, the housing having guide profiles in the form of elongated recesses remaining open on the front side so as to be able to insert an operating element therein, by guidance, each guide profile having an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail and each profile guide having a reinforced zone connecting together the upper and lower guide rails beyond the side walls of the introduction zone which remains open so as to connect them to stabilize.
The parking blocking mechanism housing made as a stamped / folded part is very rigid and very stable. The means for guiding the actuating element, preferably made in the form of slots, stiffen the side walls.
In particular, in the area of introduction of the actuating element of the mechanism, the open guide groove is provided with reinforcing elements, for example, vertically distributed spacers which guarantee, on the one hand , very solid and, on the other hand, give free access to the guide. These means allow pre-assembly of the housing before assembling the operating element.
According to an advantageous development, the maneuvering element comprises laterally projecting elements, are constituted by a stud installed transversely to the direction of actuation.
The ends of the stud protrude from the operating element and penetrate into the lateral guide grooves of the housing, these grooves being formed in the sides of the mechanism housing, being oriented in parallel.
The operating element is preferably made in the form of an adjusting nut coupled to a carriage movable in translation against the action of the force developed by a spring, for example, a helical compression spring. .
The adjusting nut has an internal thread engaged with the external thread of the drive shaft which is rotated by an actuator in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. 'a watch.
The carriage carries at least one control roller mounted for rotation and which cooperates with a cam profile, a locking element, in particular of the locking lever.
The carriage is advantageously guided by the transverse spacers which, at the same time, stabilize the housing.

DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Ln parking blocking mechanism 1 for blocking the transmission, in particular to prevent a vehicle from continuing to run inadvertently consists, according to Figure 1, of a housing 2. The housing 2 is assembled from stamped / folded parts and thus has two parallel side walls 3, 4 connected by a cover 6. Spacers 7 connect the side walls 3, 4. These spacers are fixed to the side walls 3, 4 and improve the solidity / stability of the housing 2 The crosspieces 7 also serve to guide an operating element 9 to unlock the locking lever (bolt) (11).
The operating element 9 is, on the one hand, a carriage 8 mounted sliding in translation against the force developed by a spring 15. This carriage 8 carries at least one operating roller 12 which cooperates with a cam profile 13 of the locking lever 11 and, on the other hand, there is an adjustment screw coupled to the carriage 8.
The locking lever 11 is pivotally mounted in the housing 2 and has a locking tooth 11.1 for engaging in the teeth 14.1 of a parking wheel 14.
The return spring 16 of the locking lever 11 pushes the locking lever 11 in the direction of unlocking to unlock the parking wheel 14.
To guide in translation the adjusting nut in the housing 2, the side walls 3, 4, parallel, of the housing 2 have guide grooves 17, 18 extending in the direction of actuation of the nut adjustment. The guide grooves 17, 18 preferably have the form of slots (slides) made in the housing 2. The guide grooves 17, 18 are open in the entry area, front side of the housing 2, for passage of the adjusting nut 9. The guide grooves 17, 18 each have an upper guide rail 17.1, 18.1 and a lower guide rail 17.2, 18.2 with front ramps 17.3, 17.4; 18.3, 18.4 which facilitate the mounting of the adjusting nut in the housing 2 previously assembled. For its guidance in the guide grooves 17, 18 the adjusting nut 9 has projecting elements 21, 22 laterally to block rotation; these projecting elements penetrate into the guide grooves 17, 18. The projecting elements 21, 22 are preferably produced by a stud 24 housed in a bore 23 of the adjusting nut, transverse to the direction of actuation; this stud protrudes on both sides of the envelope surface of the adjustment hole.
To stabilize the front side entry area of the housing 2, each guide groove 17, 18 has a reinforcing element 26, 27, for example, in the form of a vertical spacer connecting the upper guide rail 17.1 , 18.1 to the lower guide rail 17.2, 18.2.
The spacers 26, 27 are located beyond the guide grooves 17, 18 at a distance (A) greater than the length (1) of the stud 24 so that the adjusting nut can be introduced freely at any moment in the housing 2, in particular in the guide grooves 17, 18.
To release the locking mechanism 1, the locking lever 11 is rocked from its position (locking position) shown in Figure 1 until the teeth 11.1 are released from the teeth 14.1 of the parking wheel . For this, the carriage 8 is moved in translation against the force developed by a compression spring 15 supported on the housing. The drive roller 12 rotatably mounted on the carriage 8 rolls on the cam profile 13 of the locking lever 11 and releases it so that the locking lever 11 can be pushed into the release position, by the force developed by the spring recall 16.
